The schedule includes: Avenue of Flags, Memorial Park, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Cemetery flags erected at boundaries of cemetery at 1 p.m. Saturday, down at 5 p.m. Monday Color Guard Ceremony: 9 a.m.-VFW plot Yankton Cemetery; 9:15-GAR plot; 9:30 a.m.-Sacred Heart Cemetery; 9:45 a.m.-Human Services Center; 10 a.m.-Garden of Memories; 11 a.m.-Fantle Memorial Park. The 11 a.m. program will feature guest speaker, Lt. Governor Matt Michels. This is sponsored by the VFW Post and its Auxiliary, Roy Anderson Post American Legion and its Auxiliary, D.A.V., Hevle Heimes Post and its Auxiliary and the W.R.C. In case of inclement weather, the Memorial Day Program will be held at the Post Home, 209 Cedar St., Yankton. There will be a potluck at the Post Home following the program.
